I ordered this Chromebook for Christmas and, to be honest, I've never been this picky in my life. First I ordered this laptop in gray and when it arrived it was in white. Then when I tried to turn it on it wouldn't turn on so I went to connect the charger. I realized the charger sent was wrong because it didn't fit in any of the ports. If you don't want to waste your money and time, I strongly recommend avoiding this product. This product does not meet any of the stated expectations or performance and the supplier does not provide suitable accessories necessary for the operation of the product. Again, I deeply regret purchasing this product and if you are not going to experience what I went through, do not waste your money on this purchase.
