The PERFECT hoop skirt!
This is the hoop skirt I have been waiting for! Being a petite-ish adult woman, it has been difficult finding a cotton hoop skirt that isn’t too long, and impossible to find with ruffles (in cotton)! This one is amazing! It fits perfectly in length and in the waist. It is a very nice circumference and a natural shape that is full but not overly exaggerated. I couldn’t be more pleased.highly recommend this product!
