Review on FoPcc Portable Humidifier Personal Ultra Quiet by Susan Park

This machine is a joke! The first one I bought worked for about an hour and then stopped pumping out moisture. I returned it for a second one that doesn't work at all! I might be missing something because the instructions don't even make sense. It says "Charging indicator: Red light is on when charging at 5.0V input." I plug it in and all I see is a little green light. Also, if it needs to be plugged in while it's running, what does the word "charge" even mean?
