Lesson learned!
I have never written a reply or rated a product or service. and I order most of the things I buy online. I definitely have no problems. It seems like a great product that I ordered. The only problem I have is that I didn't order a used one. The box was stapled together and the bowl half filled with abrasive. If I wanted to buy an unwanted item from someone, I would buy it on Craigslist, not Amazon. but they only sent it as new. That's all. I'm sure I'll keep and use it anyway. Just dropped something! lesson learned
