My wife and I are avid hikers. Everything from glamping / car camping to hot camping in a tent with a stove in winter. First we had a small collapsible sink/water bag for dishes. This system prevents a dirty hole from forming on the edge of the picnic table when washing the dishes. Highly recommended, as it can be folded up to save space and is very stable.
