I've been using Otterbox products since their first tablet cases. Over the years I have purchased over 200 boxes for myself and my business. This is the first Otterbox case and I was very disappointed. The hinge broke in the first 2 weeks of use, the plastic just ripped. Otterbox support did a great job replacing the case immediately. But it's not what I would expect from a $90 phone case. Screen protectors constantly collect dirt underneath and need to be cleaned every few days. Unfortunately, this is possibly the best case for the Microsoft Duo 2. The only other case I've bought doesn't allow the phone to be flipped over to use as a phone. Otterbox please make a better case for this phone. I'm going to buy it. But this one isn't worth the price and doesn't deserve your name.
