Not working

I worked with it for three days - I tried everything I could think of. I've tried many other motor drivers with both Raspberry Pi and Arduino and never had so many headaches. The documentation is bad. After all, I've never managed to get a stepper motor to spin; he just twitched back and forth. [Using Raspberry Pi 4B]
