I strongly do not recommend purchasing goods where is listed as a seller. Upon receipt of the goods, I discovered that the packaging was opened - the seal was carefully torn off. In addition, the product has a flaw that may affect its performance. The fact that goods from the warehouse are easier to return is a complete lie. I issued a return of goods for the reason "There are flaws" on June 23. The goods arrived at the warehouse on June 29, the return status was ated to "Checking the goods" with the description "Checking and refunding money takes up to 10 days.". After the deadline for checking and returning the money, I contacted the support service, where they told me that they would hurry the employees. Two hours later, an answer comes to the mail that I received a new product, since there were no previous shipments for it, and they received the product opened with a broken presentation, so the return was denied. I understand that the check took a maximum of 2 hours, which consisted in viewing the list of shipments of this product. As a result, after almost a month from the date of purchase, I have neither the goods nor the money.
