First, the word "immediately" needs to be removed from the packaging and description. It doesn't work right away. But after reading the reviews I kept using it. After five days, yes I see a big difference, it reduces eye bags, which were probably pretty mild compared to some, but enough to really irritate me since it's new. The liquid burns for the third or fourth time and dries out the skin around the eyes in such a strange way that no moisturizer helps anymore. This effect has more fine lines under my eyes than before I used it and when I smile the bags under my eyes have now turned into a mass of fine lines and it looks awful. So I stop using. If you're the type who doesn't mind lots of lines and creases instead of pockets, this might work for you. For me it's not worth the compromise.
