I love my 12" scale. I used my friend's Woodcraft, but as another reviewer said, the metric side is relatively useless for 99.9% of my work "An inch scale on both sides is a plus. Also, the precision of the Shinwa rivals the Starrett in this application. Absolutely the best value for this size scale. I'll order another one to back up."
