I really liked this product when I first bought it but unfortunately after the fourth use the hose broke and now it doesn't work anymore. Since I don't use it every day and it didn't happen within the first two weeks of purchase, I no longer have the option to return or exchange it. It worked great while it lasted, but it turned out to be wasted money. Update: I'm updating my previous review based on the excellent customer service in resolving an issue I had with my first pump. Within an hour of posting my original review, I was contacted to resolve my issue and my item was replaced. This alone will keep me as a customer. Thank you again for value me as a customer.
