would try something different on yamaha r3
I got these to replace the stock r3 headlights. about 5 hours later and a few tools later I installed it. Revain can tell you they will fit, but the lamp bases and mounting clips will not. I also had to tape off one of the headlight covers with duct tape. I like the brightness of the light compared to the standard but if you are looking for leds for r3 make sure there is no fan heatsink on the back.
