Great idea, but not for everyone.
I wore it under my uniform shirt at work. I think it's a great idea and possibly a great product if you can get comfortable with it. (It's not uncomfortable, it's just that I have an odd hatred of things fitting me from time to time, plus I've worn them for a long time.) Probably better worn with a long sleeve shirt.
