This little face blaster fits my body really well. I use it in the shower for a few minutes every day. I can't say I've lost a few more inches; However, I find my skin a little tighter. It definitely brings blood flow to the areas I use. I had no bruises. I use it in the shower after lathering the area well. Then explode. It works well for my arthritic hands and as I said feels good on my skin. My skin turns red after the session and feels very warm. Seems to help with muscle pain. After a while I have to give another review on how effective this is.
