Really easy to use. As others have reported, oil and water can get between the parts, so I don't recommend using it for your everyday shower. This is not a product that you can buy once and never buy again. But for the low price, this is a great massager that's gentle on your skin. The handle fits both large and small hands.

At 49 I became a little sensitive to bruising so this is not an alarm but a warning. I applied strong pressure, but definitely not aggressively, in combination with anti-cellulite oil. I circled my biggest problem areas: my hips and the inside of my knee for a little under a minute on each side. Bruising and pain occurred at the end of the day after just 1 use. I am disappointed in this product. Pros: 1. Good size 2. The hardness of the studs is what I expected. Cons: 1. It's hard to hold on to, especially when your hands are wet or covered in lotion.
