I like that it can be used for multiple mailings in one email campaign (we use this sometimes). It is very easy to create templates which are customizable as well! This could take some time if not using an expert but once they get familiar with how things work the process is easier than other products out there. Nothing really bad about its functionality or anything else we have found so far either. If you want something simple and reliable then definitely give them a try - their support team will guide you through everything needed. We've been able to send campaigns faster without having us creating new emails every single day/week etc.
