Accurate Infrared Thermometer
Simple user interface with intuitive buttons to change settings. You can change the emissivity (it comes with instructions with recommended values for different surfaces) and you can turn on the laser to see where the thermometer is pointing. The LED panel is easy to read and comes with a battery. I've had no issues with it and found it to be accurate within reported error (and you can tweak it depending on emissivity).
