Installation was easy but the latch does not hold the handle when you vacuum and pull the cleaner towards you the handle comes out. I'm not sure if this is a one off experience but I would like someone from the company to get in touch to see if we can get one that works properly. We have an NV370, the package doesn't list this vacuum cleaner but it was when we ordered the product and it looks like the one we have. I think the problem is in the red latch.
