Morning light will decide if they come back

I'm not sure if I'll keep them yet. Pros: The slipcovers are pretty soft and fit my smaller wing chair better than I expected (not a terrible amount of extra fabric). I just put them on and have to examine them closely in the morning light to see how opaque they are or not, but here are two sales about how cheap they are (one worse than the other): (1) the label The marking "BACKโ€, which helps you put the cover on, is LIGHT RED and is sewn into the OUTSEAM of the back of the chair cover. Bright red against any color is undesirable, but I have ivory, so I don't know which smart guy decided that a label that's almost unneeded to put on a case was more important than ruining the aesthetic forever. So when your chairs (like mine) are visible in the middle of the room, a red sign is staring at you. The way it's sewn I don't think I can completely remove the label without tearing the fabric. Maybe this is the reason for my return. (2) The seams on the curves are sewn poorly as they are not straight. The other seams look good but the curves don't and as they run along the most visible parts of the chair this can be an issue for many people as you can see it fairly clearly given the thinness of the material.

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • Something wrong
