The support they offer, great communication skills to understand our needs as an organization! They have been very helpful from day one when we first started working together over 5 years ago now!! I would absolutely recommend them if you need any assistance regarding cloud solutions or infrastructure management/monitoring tools such as Splunk etc., but also their expertise within security monitoring which has helped us immensely during this pandemic crisis - so much appreciated. If there's anything that could be improved it'd probably just simply come down cost-wise (as everything seems expensive). Their pricing structure makes sense because every time your budget increases more capacity can easily added into existing projects without having too many problems since most things don't change drastically once set up initially anyway i.e.: configuration files /etc/*;puppet manifests &amp configs *.yaml*.
