Review on 🔋 Tenergy Premium PRO Rechargeable AAA Batteries: High Capacity 1100mAh NiMH, 24 Pack by Tiffany Villavicencio

Good first things first: the batteries themselves hold up well and hold a charge. I have a 16 battery charger and they work great with it. As for the batteries, I am satisfied with their performance. I bought these batteries to power my wireless music/karaoke microphones. Freshly charged batteries give me several days of uninterrupted work, which is great. The price was also comparatively okay. Now for the bad: The batteries themselves are slightly larger in diameter than regular Duracell/Energizer/etc non-rechargeable batteries. For microphones, I have to put the first battery in the tubular compartment, then only the second battery is visible. Due to the extra thickness of these batteries I find it very difficult to change them after a few days and I end up having to smack the end of the mic on something to at least get the first battery to pop up and then the extraction can sometimes be done with a fingernail or another edge to try to grab it. Luckily there is a ledge at the end of the battery to at least try to grab it. 10% of the time I destroy the battery case trying to get it out. Or you feel that it sticks and the case breaks when you try to insert it. So yes, I know I can blame the mic for having such a tight tolerance, but it's necessary that they don't move during operation. The bottom line is that these batteries are not optimal for my purpose, which is due to the additional diameter. It's a shame that the batteries are otherwise good. I've tried 2 other brands and they all seem to have the same problem. If I had known there was a slightly lower capacity version, thinner and comparable to traditional batteries, I would have thought about it. But I think since I've tried 3 brands I'll wait until I destroy the shells to try something new. I really wish the exact dimensions were given so I can determine this in advance.
