These are slightly better than the standard replacement heads when you need a little more cleaning action, but beware of accidental flushing! I found that the pad came loose several times during cleaning, which wasn't a big issue. It floats to the top and easily connects to the wand. However, I wouldn't recommend cleaning at the last minute while the water is being rinsed off. The pad popped out again and was gone before I could stop it with my wand. The toilet doesn't appear to be clogged - it still flushes well - but it's undecided if this will cause problems. As other reviewers have warned, I definitely don't recommend rinsing it off!
