Absolutely HORRIBLE product. I'm very thermophilic - I like it when coffee is brewed and soup is served straight from the stove. However, this machine has NO temperature control and the temperature of the wax was so hot that I was afraid I would blister my arm removing the wax. The first dive was too hot, the second even hotter and three was all I could do. It was difficult and painful to hold the wax on my hand long enough for it to cool enough to be easily removed. Yes, the green light was on, indicating the unit was ready, and yes, the plastic cover was in place over the heating element - no operator error here. The wax was just too hot and there was no way to lower it a few degrees. Also, the pool is so shallow I couldn't put my whole arm in it, and I had to do separate front and back dips each time. An adult's foot will not fit in this bowl. I'm still looking for a suitable paraffin setup, that's DEFINITELY not the right one.
