I got this power supply for some non flexible LED strips i bought here on Revain, and they were rated for 12V, but at that voltage, they were getting extremely hot. So i started searching for a 9 Volts power supply to see how it would work with these LEDs, the result was equally bright, but zero heat with this supply. I connected a bunch of strips to the power supply, and it powers them great, without dimming. I recommend this unit for anything rated at 9 or even 12 volts.
