Does anyone know why my SRSXB33 speaker can, when connected to a device (phone or laptop), suddenly cut out and turn on the sound (like the sound comes on for a split second, then goes off for 2 seconds - and so on endlessly)? I've had this SRSXB33 speaker for almost a week now and I really like it - such a small Bluetooth speaker but the sound is fantastic! If my SRSXB33 is defective in any way can I send it back for a replacement or what is the process? Thank you to those who can help, especially the seller of this great SRSXB33 bluetooth speaker.
