Compared to the Bunn MyCafe we replaced, this machine takes forever to brew a cup of coffee. With Bunn, you insert the Kcup, add water, and press the button. In 30 seconds you have a cup of coffee. You add water and wait (which seems endless) for the brew indicator to appear, then press the brew button. After a long wait, it sucks up the water and waits (you guessed it) ANOTHER 2 minutes for the brewing process. Enough time to pour water into the kettle and boil it for tea. This car is coming back and we're getting a new MyCafe.
