If I'm not wrong I've read that this is the shirt that usually runs small in a sleeveless cut black. I'd rate it an L (and explained why - and already did so in the title with a bit of humor). While army green is perfect for XL. Both have the same length and height. But size XL is 2-3 inches (inches) down the side to my waist. If you're feeling more confident and want to show a little more skin, go for Army Green. If you're a little more conservative, go with black. It does not concern me. These are very well tailored shirts. And it is clear how to care for them. or in anything else. For drying wool no no, oil based products at all (nylon, polyester, any material that absorbs sweat) because they get scratchy after a while and most cotton fabrics shrink to a point. I've always learned to turn them inside out to wash, especially if you dry clothes on the street look fresher. Of course, the sun can fade it a bit. But the dryer and washing inside out will destroy and age clothes much faster than the sun.
