I have been suffering from chronic arch pain for 3 years due to untreated co-infection with Lyme disease, Bartonella and Babesia. Doctors compare my foot pain to plantar fasciitis, but I don't have morning heel pain. Instead, I have incessant pain deep in the muscle tissue along the soles of my feet. I wear compression bandages during the day which helps a little, but the night splint I was prescribed for plantar fasciitis was bulky, uncomfortable and DID NOT HELP! I bought 2 of these (size small, I'm a 7 1/2 women's shoe) and oh my god I can't believe my leg pain is gone after just 3 nights til evening! Complete life changer! The only advice I would give is NOT to over tighten the strap. I woke up this morning with pain in my left big toe, but I'm pretty sure it was caused by pulling my toes up too much. It is great. I also suffer from Lyme night sweats and my feet don't get hot at all!
