Description of ๐ŸŒ™ Plantar Fasciitis Night Sock - Soft Stretching Boot Splint for Sleep, Foot Support Brace with Achilles Tendonitis & Heel Pain Relief Compression Sleeve (Small)

TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE โ€“ View our sizing chart (the 2nd image above). The plantar fasciitis night splint stretcher can be worn on your right or left foot. NEW & IMPROVED (as of March 2019) โ€“ Based on customer feedback, we redesigned our plantar fasciitis sock. Now featuring medical-grade materials, a wider toe box, a longer ankle strap for a secure fit, and a more effective toe stretching strap to accelerate your healing process. ALLEVIATES HEEL PAIN โ€“ Overtime, this dorsiflexion sock helps relieve foot and heel pain associated with plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, heel spurs, and tendon arch pain, unlike inserts and insoles, which only provide temporary relief. FOR NIGHTTIME USE โ€“ Wear this plantar fasciitis support while sleeping to improve daytime mobility. An adjustable strap pulls back on your toes, providing a deep, therapeutic stretch to your plantar fascia, allowing the connective tissue to heal properly overnight. LOW-PROFILE BRACE โ€“ Getting used to sleeping with your foot in dorsiflexion will take some time, however, this lightweight night splint sock for plantar fasciitis therapy is likely easier to get used to than sleeping with a rigid plantar fasciitis boot.

Poorly designed and very uncomfortable.

Too uncomfortable to wear for a long time. The strap puts all the pressure on the end of the big toe, causing pain and eventually numbness if worn long enough. I can't wear it for more than two hours before having to take it off, so it's not suitable for sleeping. It would be much better if the strap started under the ball of the foot and wrapped around the toes, pulling them more and more evenly. This pulls from the top of the toe box and puts all the pressure on the tip of the big toe. Theโ€ฆ

I wanted it to work.

I really wanted this product to work for me because I have trouble sleeping at night when my legs are in a 'relaxed' position. I have a hard time running in the mornings so I thought it would be great to get the stretch I needed. The concept is good as it seems comfortable to sleep in, but it didn't work for me. My leg wasn't at a 90 degree angle no matter how tight I pulled the strap. I also had pain in my toes; I would loosen the strap but it would still hurt. I tried it on both legs becauseโ€ฆ

It helps, but there are improvements

I have severe plantar fasciitis in one foot and have been in PT for several months. My therapist suggested a splint for the night but the one they recommended was very bulky and impossible to sleep in. So I ordered this brace hoping it would be more comfortable and would heal my foot! The only two issues I have with the brace are: 1. The non-slip coating on the bottom sticks to the sheets and tangles them up so I keep waking up and trying to untie my leg. IF they made this sock without theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

I have been suffering from chronic arch pain for 3 years due to untreated co-infection with Lyme disease, Bartonella and Babesia. Doctors compare my foot pain to plantar fasciitis, but I don't have morning heel pain. Instead, I have incessant pain deep in the muscle tissue along the soles of my feet. I wear compression bandages during the day which helps a little, but the night splint I was prescribed for plantar fasciitis was bulky, uncomfortable and DID NOT HELP! I bought 2 of these (sizeโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Decent work
Cons
  • Empty

I bought the small socks recommended for my shoe size (7 and 1/2). It was supposed to be a new design with an enlarged toe. Which is surprising, since the sock fits very tightly on the leg, especially at the widest point. Because of this, the stiff seams that connect the top and bottom of the sock rub uncomfortably on the sides of the foot. The toe box is narrow and shaped so that the tip curves down towards the smaller fingers. If your foot or one of your toes is longer than this curvatureโ€ฆ
