Too uncomfortable to wear for a long time. The strap puts all the pressure on the end of the big toe, causing pain and eventually numbness if worn long enough. I can't wear it for more than two hours before having to take it off, so it's not suitable for sleeping. It would be much better if the strap started under the ball of the foot and wrapped around the toes, pulling them more and more evenly. This pulls from the top of the toe box and puts all the pressure on the tip of the big toe. The strap is easy to use and the ankle cuff holds securely and comfortably, but the overall design just doesn't work.
