Use twice a week for cold brew coffee. Although it holds 64 ounces of water, the filter and coffee used to brew it need to be compensated for. 2 to 4 tablespoons of coffee per 8 ounces of water is the norm. I use 4 tablespoons for 8 ounces. I pour 28 tablespoons of my favorite coffee with 56 ounces of coarse water into the brewer, screw the coffee filter onto the lid, replace the filter and screw the lid back on. Voila! After 12-36 hours (depending on taste) I have enough cold beer for 3-4 days. You will get micropowder in your coffee, but most of it will settle to the bottom of the container. You can remove the filter after the desired brewing time and leave the coffee in the brewer. I usually pour the finished drink into a glass (you can filter it if you wish) and keep it in the fridge. This way you can start a new brew before the stock runs out. The bottom of the filter can be unscrewed for easy cleaning.
