Dogs are very cute but they come off when Ben shakes his head. They burn a little around the eyes. I think a larger lens would help. He got used to it, but after a while he shakes and they fly. Ben has recently gone blind and we were hoping he could wear them to protect his eyes when he's walking around the garden and roaming around the bushes and such. We first spent a fortune to prevent glaucoma and then treated a scratch on his cornea that became infected, so we really don't want to go through that again. It's more of a style element than protection as they are fairly easy to remove. If he had floppy ears they might be easier to pin down, but he is an Australian Cattle Dog (aka Blue Heeler) with prick ears. We like them, but we think a netmask would be better for protection.
