It's simple enough that we can use it without any training or assistance from support staff at our organization when things go wrong (which they do). I like being able solve issues myself instead of having someone else come in from outside who doesn't know what problems my org has solved already before coming into work one day. We are solving some very large scale projects but don’t have anyone here yet because all resources were transferred out due to Covid 19 so this was an easy solution while waiting until those people return!
