ReadyWorx does what they say and more

The ability to create workflows which are very specific in nature has been an important feature that we've used quite often as well! I would have liked it if there were better reporting options available but overall this software meets our needs just fine. It's easy enough to use so your team can get up & running quickly without much training or support required from us (the company). We're able solve some pretty unique problems when using readyworks - such as automating timecard approvals…

Great tool for troubleshooting and project management

It's simple enough that we can use it without any training or assistance from support staff at our organization when things go wrong (which they do). I like being able solve issues myself instead of having someone else come in from outside who doesn't know what problems my org has solved already before coming into work one day. We are solving some very large scale projects but don’t have anyone here yet because all resources were transferred out due to Covid 19 so this was an easy solution…

Pros
  • Simple platform for tracking issue tickets, keeping track if there is follow up happening with them.and making sure everything gets done as required by your clients/management team & stakeholders /clients.It also integrates well wih Xero accounting software too so good reporting capabilities available via standard reports..it makes everyone feel safe knowing you will find exactly where something falls short ,or needs improvement quickly!!!!! This app works great across multiple industries

Review & Progress Tracking Software

It's an effective tool that provides visibility into your projects - it allows you to see exactly where you are at any given time in terms of tasks. The interface needs improvement as far too many steps must be completed manually. I would recommend downloading all documents or files required by each task before creating new milestones so there aren't issues when assigning them to someone else later down the road. Being able to view progress on our current workloads is extremely valuable…
