The ability to create workflows which are very specific in nature has been an important feature that we've used quite often as well! I would have liked it if there were better reporting options available but overall this software meets our needs just fine.

It's easy enough to use so your team can get up & running quickly without much training or support required from us (the company). We're able solve some pretty unique problems when using readyworks - such as automating timecard approvals across multiple teams within one department; allowing managers to set out tasks by employee number instead of title only.
