It's an effective tool that provides visibility into your projects - it allows you to see exactly where you are at any given time in terms of tasks.

The interface needs improvement as far too many steps must be completed manually. I would recommend downloading all documents or files required by each task before creating new milestones so there aren't issues when assigning them to someone else later down the road. Being able to view progress on our current workloads is extremely valuable, especially during high demand times like now! We use this software across various departments within my organization (including Marketing) to keep everyone updated on what we're working on.
