It's a piece of junk. I pulled a cork out of the box but it hung when I tried to undo the removed cork. Tried several times, then back to Revane. All current lever corkscrews seem to be defective. The originals were great, but not the same anymore. UPDATE 8/20/21: So yes, I bought another one of these. This is branded InDaily and is said to be made from durable materials. So far, so good. So far, only the cylindrical cushions for the lever linkage on the underside have fallen off, cosmetic fillers that are not necessary for the function. These went immediately. But it works well and hopefully nothing will fall off. In fact, I've just ordered 2 more because they sell for $9.99 each. At this price they could break every six months and still offer the convenience of a lever corkscrew.
