When I first used it straight out of the box it was easy and straight forward to use. There were no issues with setup or proper booting. Then I didn't use it for days, maybe two weeks after I got it and when I plugged it back in the pen wouldn't connect. This would only be noticeable if I'm clicking on a real tablet and you don't know about tablets that aren't really for drawing. I tried downloading the software again. Nothing. Tried changing battery. Nothing. I tried watching YouTube videos one by one to understand why this is happening, but nothing worked. I decided maybe I got a bad tablet. Sometimes I was a bit offended that I had to put off projects until I could get a new one, but whatever. I sent it back and got a new one. Everything is fine again until two weeks later he does EXACTLY THE SAME. I treated it like a newborn baby, I wasn't rude with the last one but I practically rocked the second one and laid it down carefully and read it a goddamn lullaby for heaven's sake. I'm sick of this song and dance of uninstalling and reloading software and changing batteries. Once again he did NOTHING. Once is an accident, but two bad pills? Maybe I'm just an idiot, but I really couldn't figure out what I did wrong with this tablet. I will never buy from this brand again. DO NOT BUY THIS TABLET!
