When I first used it straight out of the box it was easy and straight forward to use. There were no issues with setup or proper booting. Then I didn't use it for days, maybe two weeks after I got it and when I plugged it back in the pen wouldn't connect. I have an old Wacom Intuos 3 that I bought ten years ago. Intuos hasn't worked very well with any of my computers. In Photoshop it refused to apply pressure and the drivers seemed to randomly stop working, forcing me to reboot. In the end I chose Huion HS610.
