One star. Problem with floating google huion before purchase. I have contacted Huion twice but have not received any reply. My pen suddenly started behaving, but according to my googling, every little drop can also cause it, so keep the pen if you decide to buy it anyway. Before this release I would have given it 5 stars. Works well. But for durability and reliability, my next purchase will be Intuos. Additional Thoughts. This is my first drawing tablet and I'm addicted to it. The tablet will definitely have to be changed in the near future, because going back to the mouse for drawing is simply unbearable. Second, it took me less than a day to realize that even a little would be enough. You simply don't need to draw on a paper-sized surface. Update: Upgrade to 3 stars. 10 days after I contacted support, they replied to me. Since I have a one-year warranty, they will replace the pen if I pay the $13 shipping cost. I assume Frotho hand-delivers this lightweight? I assume it will take a few days for them to confirm the shipping payment and then the shipping itself will be in the mail. If any of this turns out to be incorrect I will update the review. I will still buy the intuos pro because I no longer want to be without a drawing tablet. I will give this to a friend.
