I have fairly wavy, thick hair that I wear short to medium length. I mostly use it after my shower, but it seems to work well if I just moisturize my hair a bit and apply it as well. Using a small amount each time gives my hair a very natural look while still holding it in place well. This is the best product I have ever tried for my hair. I like its texture - very smooth, not sticky and not too thick. I was concerned that I would have to use everything up quickly and spend a lot of money to keep in stock but I think one bottle lasted about 5 or 6 months. Some of the reviews I read said people don't like the smell. I found the smell pleasant and quite mild.
