Product works great as a cigarette butt bin. Cigarettes are thrown into the pit and extinguished. It works well. The problem is that if you use it as an ashtray with a light cigarette on it, the plastic top will melt through to the bottom of the bucket. Use only as a cigarette butt bucket, not as an ashtray.
