Fits in a cup holder but there isn't enough room for a cigarette to hold it securely. The light in the lid is a good idea and useful. All in all, it does the job, but you just have to be careful when putting the cigarette where it's supposed to be.

I wanted 5 stars, but despite all the advantages, it's so crooked that it's almost impossible for me to use it. I like everything else about it. If you are 6ft tall it will be difficult for a truck to use a cup holder. You can stick it on the dashboard or elsewhere with velcro, but it's a matter of choice.

I like that there is a blue light to see where to put the ashes instead of trying to do it in the dark. Light does not interfere with driving. I love that you can close the lid when you're done with it. This prevents cigarette butts from smelling in the car. The only fall, and it's not big; it could be a little higher. But it serves a purpose.

We bought this item because our car ashtray didn't have a light so couldn't be seen in the dark. The ashtray came, the size and the opener were right, but the light didn't work. We kept removing the battery and trying everything but the light didn't come on/and still won't come on. It was an absolute bad buy. And it came with no return information. If the shipping had already been paid for, the return would have cost us more. Completely dissatisfied with this purchase.
