I like that it's easy for employees/clients or anyone who needs help at any time of day, but also hard when someone wants quiet after hours! It really helps with employee engagement as well because people are happy knowing they have an option available if things go wrong during their working week / weekend etc.
There isn't much you dislike about LGB other than maybe being able to customize how long notifications stay active (eg 5 mins vs 30). We're solving issues relating office safety by giving our staff options where there was previously none - we've reduced injury rates through accidental falls & slips significantly since implementing this software last year.
