I ride the SG4 in the middle of the road. When it works (and it usually does), I like it. Not the latest technology but the information is reliable. But if it doesn't work, then don't expect any help from Skygolf. Here are the weaknesses: Poor battery life; Rare satellite reception problems (GPS reset required); Weak connection cable (I broke two, had to replace); Before the annual contract expires, they will shut you down (force you to renew it so you can use it until the last day of your previous contract commitment). And Strengths: Lots of yard information available (green, hazards, end of fairway, etc.); Easy to use (after using it for a while). Will I buy another Skygolf product? Most likely not; they just don't care. As a customer, you are definitely not treated with respect. As long as it works, I'm fine. If it fails I will go and try another company's product.
