I called tech support and they said I could either send it back and they would replace it or tape it to secure the connector. I decided to send it. I have had the SG3 for 2 years now. I hate this pathetic junk. I downloaded 10 courses and it was work. it loses satellites, it loses signals, it's inaccurate and not as good as my SG2 friends.
