Must match most, very poor power cord design. What, as they say. My SG4 works perfectly, no problems with GPS for 3 years. The thread on the adapter screw was torn off, I contacted the company, they helped me a lot, I had to pay shipping, but that's all. Received the item back after about 3 weeks. Not a problem as I live in Michigan and have not had to use this product. I've been using it for the last 4 1/2 months with no problems. So if you want to bet on bad food design, the product is a good buy. An update, also an updated product, and there were problems with the computer recognizing the device. Contacted customer service who was very helpful. Walked me through a few questions. When you connect a cable to the device, the cable must be routed through the back of the device before the computer recognizes it. Once I did that, there were no problems with the computer, downloading courses, or updating the new software. I hope that was helpful.
