I've been using my SkyCaddy for two seasons now. Last month the plug wouldn't screw into the device and I couldn't charge it. I called tech support and they said I could either send it back and they would replace it or tape it to secure the connector. I decided to send it. They received it on 08/08/08 and to date 09/05/08 I have not heard from the company. They say I just have to wait my turn. Bad support :sad: and bad design. The connection should not be a small screw that can be easily removed. You should consider a redesign with a USB port. I found the device useful but there are about 4 holes on our route where the distance is 10-15 meters and the device sometimes freezes forcing me to reset it by opening the back and removing the battery.
