The scale still fits. But there is no way to track your progress. That is, the results are not saved. Fats are far away. I can't be 10 percent. Also, these body fat scales are not very accurate. But they give you a basis to track progress. As I said, however, it was consistent. So if you're just trying to see if things are getting better (or worse) and don't really care about accuracy, then this scale seems acceptable. I will keep it like a scale but if I could do it over and over I would buy one of these with a progress saver app. This scale doesn't stay on long enough to pick up a pen and jot down your results. Kind of shit. SO three stars just for the price and what appears to be consistency. One more note: The water measurement, which I think is very important, was completely consistent. Hope that helps.
