Because the design is not exactly typical, it may take some getting used to; nevertheless, once you do, it is an excellent choice for a mouse. I initially purchased it so that I could play video games, but as I got older, I found that I needed it more and more for work, so now I just use it for that. I made the decision to write a review as soon as the third year of use started, and here it is: for my money, it seems to me that it is better than fine. Regarding the software, the only feature that requires payment is a useless setting that may be used to remove the rebound effect from games and other devices. This was not used by anyone, with the exception of mom's cheaters. If you don't need to swap modes every time, you can delete the software and forget about it totally after setting it up. Thank God, the software allows you to reassign the buttons near the mouse wheel completely at your discretion. At least 20 different clicks can be put there. The form did not at first seem to offer a lot of advantages, but I quickly became accustomed to it to the point where even mice that could fit under my little finger now appear to offer very few advantages. As a consequence of this, I am able to assert that if you are willing to adapt to the shape of the mouse, then you will not locate a superior product in this price range.
